The Interior of the main house:

In the separate annex are 2 en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge, and a dining area. Both bedrooms can either be a twin or a double. There is also a private terrace for the annex.

The Exterior:

Outside has a beautiful cascading pool with a slide that can also be heated for an extra charge. The terraced areas have a lovely lounge area and there is plenty of space for the sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity. There is also a lovely dining area for those “al-fresco” BBQ evenings.

The villa is equipped with Lazer TV which has lots of UK channels (including sports), air conditioning, a pool table, table tennis, and a gas BBQ.

The Location:

Within a few minutes walk you can be at the beach and Marias beachside restaurant. A 20–25-minute walk along the beach will take you to The Praça, where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and there is evening entertainment through the summer. With everything on your doorstep, this property’s location is outstanding. Also, just a 15–20-minute walk away is ‘Julias’ beach, and there are some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. All in all, a great location.
