A lovely and very private 3-bedroom villa, with a nice sized pool and garden. Ideal for families with children. Set in a quiet area, in a fully enclosed plot and not overlooked.

The Interior:

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and kettle, among others. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room.
The dining room is just between the kitchen and the lounge, with a glass wall that makes it very bright and allows views to the outside. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. It is decorated with bright colours, and a sliding door provides access to the outdoor dining area, garden, and pool.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite with a king-size bed and the remaining bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There is also a separate bathroom that can be used by this bedroom.

The Exterior:

By the lounge area, there is an outdoor dining table with a glass top and six chairs. This area complements the gazebo that also holds the charcoal BBQ. There is also a fixed table and bench lined with traditional tiles. The pool is a great size at approx. 10 x 5 meters. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. There is also table tennis to keep the whole family entertained.
The plot of this villa is completely enclosed which makes it safe for children to play around and it is also not overlooked by any neighbours. The villa is ideal for families to enjoy their holiday.

The Location:

Villa Stella is set in a quiet area in a rural location but only a 5 to 10-minute drive to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of the Vilamoura resort and has an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina there are beautiful white sandy beaches stretching from the east to the west. On the beach front, there are excellent bars and restaurants with stunning ocean views.
Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants for you to try too. There are lots to explore within walking distance and there are lots of other places to see too within a short drive. Including restaurants, beaches, bars, day trips, water parks, Zoo marine and other towns such as Loule and Vale do Lobo.
