The Interior:

The villa is set over 3 levels – On the ground floor, you will find a spacious lounge with patio doors leading to the outside terrace. Leading on from the lounge is a beautiful formal dining area should you wish to dine inside. There is also, a bright, fully equipped kitchen that also leads outside to the BBQ area. The laundry room is also located on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor, an ensuite twin room that has access to the garden terrace.

On the first floor are 2 further bedrooms. Both are ensuite double rooms, also with access to a large terrace with sun loungers. You can also access the rooftop terrace here where you have wonderful views! Perfect for sipping a cocktail whilst watching the sunset.

On the lower level is a Home Cinema and spacious TV room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a small table. In addition on this floor is an ensuite double bedroom.

The Exterior:

Outside you will find beautiful, landscaped gardens and manicured lawns giving plenty of space for all the family to enjoy. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with plenty of sun loungers to relax on after a leisurely swim. Also on the terrace, there is a lovely lounge and dining area too. The Resort is in a high-demand location, that has access to the resort facilities that are by Xenia restaurant (only short walk away). Facilities include a Roman-style swimming pool for adults and children (free access), Xénia Restaurant, pool bar, mini market and Aesthetic centre (subject to availability and appointment). The common areas are exclusive access to the owners and guests via a magnetic key. A temporary magnetic key is available at the Reception by Xenia for a refundable fee. You can also book the tennis court at reception (this has an additional charge and is subject to availability).

Within a 10-minute walk, you can be at the beach and Marias beachside restaurant. A 15-minute walk away is ‘Julias’ beach, where you will find some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are also lots of other restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities for you to choose from.
