This large villa consists of 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Set on a spacious plot with manicured lawns and a good-sized pool. Decorated with refinement and taste, this villa invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends. It is fully equipped to help you enjoy your holiday time with every comfort.

The Interior:

The villa has a fully equipped and organized kitchen, so you can show off your culinary skills to family and friends. The kitchen also has direct access to the outside dining area.
There are 2 separate leisure/lounge areas, one features a small bar, located below the games room, a nice interior fireplace, sofas, coffee table and TV, and dining area with table and 12 chairs. The other leisure area also has sofas and a TV with English channels. This area also has direct access to the pool and BBQ area.
There is a cosy games room on the 1st floor where you can find a snooker table that can be converted into a table tennis table and a table football.

All the bedrooms in the villa are quite spacious, have air conditioning and also some standing fans. All bathrooms have underfloor heating for colder periods and all the twin beds can be made as doubles. On the 1st floor are 2 ensuite twin bedrooms and on the ground floor is also 2 ensuite twin bedrooms. On the lower level you will find a small apartment type area that contains a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a private bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed that can also sleep 2 more persons, and a separate kitchen. This unit has a direct connection to the main unit and also has a separate entrance.

The Exterior:

The villa has a spacious plot and offers a bit of everything for everyone. There is a lawned area for outdoor ball games, sun loungers and outdoor sofas around the pool for sun lovers. For outdoor dining there is a BBQ area under a wooden pergola with a dining table for the whole family, and last but not least, a relaxing outdoor spa for up to 4 persons. The pool is approx. 10 x 5 metres and the depth varies between 1m and 2.3m deep. Pool heating can be requested for an extra fee.

The Location:

The villa is located just outside of Vilamoura on a spacious plot, in Quarteira, and close to the best waterpark in the area, Aquashow. Within a short drive, you have some fabulous restaurants including some of our favourite’s in Os Agostinhos and WildFire on the Vilas Sol resort. Just a 10-minute drive away is the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.
There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities.
