Villa Violet is a stunning contemporary rental villa overlooking the sea, located in Reserva da Luz, a recent development in Praia da Luz.

The Interior:

The front door opens to an open space with the dining area and lounge on the right and the kitchen on the left. All these areas provide breathtaking sea views. On the right-hand side there is a dining table for 10 and next to the dining area is the lounge area with a Samsung smart TV and Sonos sound system. There is also MEO TV, Apple TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime (please sign in with your personal accounts). On the left-hand side, there is a WC, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast area with seating for 5.

Please note: The villa isn’t suitable for children 3 years and under. If you do have children within the group, please take caution on all staircases and supervise.

Bedrooms:

On the ground floor, you have two double bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower and a Samsung smart TV. This room has direct access to the terrace and pool area with views over the sea.
Bedroom two is also an ensuite double bedroom with a king-size bed and a closet area. The ensuite has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. This bedroom also opens to the pool area and has views over the sea.
Located in between the open-plan dining and kitchen space, you have stairs that take you to the lower floor. At the bottom of the stairs, directly in front, you have bedroom three, with a double bed and Samsung smart TV. This bedroom is also ensuite with a walk-in shower. There are also patio doors opening to the garden. Next to this room is bedroom four with 2 double beds (150m width) and an ensuite walk-in shower. There is also a Samsung smart TV and also direct access to the garden.
On this floor, there is an extra room with no natural light, and with one single bed. There is also a laundry room on the lower floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Exterior:

This beautiful property opens from the kitchen and lounge to an outside dining table for 10, plus there are also 2 tall tables with 2 chairs each. There is also a relaxing lounge area with 2 shaded large beds as well as 8 sun loungers.

The large, inviting swimming pool (13mx7m) can also be heated for an extra fee and has beautiful views across the ocean.

The villa is built on a slope and there are stairs from the lounge area to the downstairs area.

There is also a spacious garden and a water feature with a cascade on the wall of the house. There is also a large trampoline ideal to keep children entertained. Near the garage door, in the shade, there is a tennis table.

The Location:

Situated in a quiet area overlooking the sea, located in Reserva da Luz, a recent development in Praia da Luz. The quaint town of Praia da Luz, is charming and unspoiled with its cobbled streets, superb sandy beach, and spectacular sandstone cliff. On offer is a great range of water sports, bars, and restaurants.

Nearby, is the historic town of Lagos that offers many leisure activities such as shopping, sightseeing, many sandy beaches, and fabulous restaurants.

Within a few minutes drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.
