On the ground floor, the property consists of a large and stylishly furnished lounge and a very nice formal dining area. There is also a spacious and bright well-equipped kitchen with a central island. Also, on this floor are 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Both are ensuite twin bedrooms.

The 1st floor is home to the remaining 2 bedrooms. There is the ensuite master bedroom and an ensuite double bedroom and both have access to a terraced balcony.

The 5th Bedroom is on the lower level, an ensuite twin room with natural light. Also on this level is a TV room/snug.

The Exterior:

Outside are very spacious gardens, beautifully landscaped with manicured lawns. There is a large terraced area with a lounge area and also a covered dining area. Perfect to keep you cool during the warm summer afternoons whilst entertaining family and friends with a BBQ. Around the pool and the terrace are ample sun loungers. The pool can also be heated for an extra charge.

The Location:

Only a 15-minute walk to Quinta shopping where you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars. Popular restaurants/bars at Quinta Shopping include the Cheeky Pup and The Melting Pot. Vale do Lobo Beach and the Praça are also within a short drive too. The Praça is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Within a few minutes drive from the Quinta Verde development, you can be at Quinta do Lago beach and lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.
