With uncertain times due to coronavirus, loyalty to our guests is paramount and our hearts go out to everyone whose lives have been affected.
Many people have missed out on holidays since early 2020 and we understand the desire for a much needed break is stronger than ever so we want you to be relaxed, feel confidence and trust when booking with Algarve Villa Selection.
With the future in mind, and having listened to our guests, we have worked with all our suppliers and have made it our policy that no one will lose their deposit should the Uk or Portuguese government impose further restrictions due to coronavirus by closing the borders. In this scenario then we will aim to change your dates with the supplier with no admin fees applied.
The balance of your holiday is due just 10 weeks before you travel, however, if the borders are closed at this stage we talk with the supplier as we may be able to reduce this even further. If your holiday is rescheduled, the balance due date will be moved to 10 weeks before your new dates.
Should the borders close after the balance payment then we will work together with the supplier to move your booking to forward to suitable and available dates.
